LOCATED IN JAHROM POWER PLANT NEAR TO JAHROM CITY, SHIRAZ CITY, FARS PROVINCE, IRAN.

This HRSG(heat recovery steam generation) erection Project is designed to take the waste heat that comes from GT(gas turbine) and utilize it for heating the boiler(HRSG)  and generation of steam for STG (steam turbine generator) and generation of simultaneous electricity.

IT SHOULD BE THAT FOR COMPLETION OF THIS COMPLEX SHALL BE  INSTALLED SIX SET HRSG  AND ALL INCLUDED MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, INSTRUMENTS & CONTROL AND THEN CALIBRATION, PRECOMMISSINING, TESTING AND COOPERATION IN COMMISSIONING SHOULD BE DONE.

THE  HRSG Erection consists of sequences that will mention in below Respectively :

1-Erection of side, roof, bottom casing structure. 2-erection stairways & platforms. 3 – erection of HP drum ( high pressure drum) . 4 – lifting & erection pressure parts (harp )modules, Downcomer & risers, baffle system. 5-erection of IP & LP  drum and feed water tank with dearatore then alignment & welding of downcomer & risers to drums. 6 – internal & external piping(from HRSG to turbine hall )with pipe racks steel structure. 7- internal duct erection. 8- electrical & i/c installation. 9- erection of stack. 10- erection of the outlet duct. 11- insulation, touch up paint. 12- recommissioning & cooperation in commissioning.
