LOCATED IN DAMAVAND POWER PLANT, DAMAVAND HIGHWAY, TEHRAN, IRAN.
THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF SIX INDIRECT DRY COOLING HELER TYPE UNITS THAT EACH UNIT DIVIDED TO MAIN AND AUXILLARY SYSTEMS.
The MAIN SYSTEM CONSISTED OF FOUR ISLANDS WHICH ARE CALLED TO MACHINE HALL AND BETWEEN AND COOLING TOWER, ALSO AUXILLARY SYSTEM CONSISTED OF COOLING CELLS AND VALVE PIT ISLANDS.
ALL ABOVE MENTIONED PARTS OF MAIN SYSTEMS DESIGNED FOR CHANGING THE OUTLET STEAM OF STEAM TURBINE TO CONDENSATE BY MEANS CONDENSER AND ITS COOLING WATER CLOSED CIRCULATION SYSTEM AND ALSO AUX SYSTEM DESIGNED FOR SUPPLY THE COOLED WATER FOR MAIN EQUIPEMENTS THAT HAVE COOLED WATER EXCHANGER, FOR EXAMPLE, GENERATOR AIR COOLER, AND OTHER SAME EQUIPMENT.
IT SHOULD BE THAT FOR COMPLETION OF THIS COMPLEX WE SUPPLY AND PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION ALL MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, INSTRUMENTS, CONTROL PARTS, FOR EXAMPLE, MAIN AND AUX PUMS (HYD-TURBINE PUMPS AND MAIN CENTRIFUGE PUMPS), DELTA FINNED TUBE EXCHANGER AROUND EACH COOLING TOWER, MAIN AND AUX UNDERGROUND WATER TANKS, EXPOSE WATER TANKS, INSTALLATION HUGE BIG BORE PIPING AND MAKING THE MITERING FITTINGS FROM PLATE AND PIPE. ELEC AND I/C CABLING (INDOOR & OUTDOOR ), INSTRUMEN DEVICES INSTALLATION AND THEN CALIBRATION, PRECOMMISSINING, TESTING AND COOPRATINTION IN COMMISSIONING SHOULD BE DONE.
