The Zanjan power plant is located at 25 km of the Zanjan-Tehran highway.

Niroo Va Tavan Company implemented the power plant as an EPC contractor.

NVT has implemented the following in the engineering department:

• Piping Arrangement for Fuel oil, gas & Aux. steam and boiler systems.
• Process flow diagram (PFD) for fuel oil and gas systems.
• Piping route and key plan for fuel oil, gas, Aux. steam and boiler system.
• Datasheet of equipment, valves, pipes, tanks for fuel oil, gas, and Aux. steam systems.
• 2000 m^3 tanks drawing for fuel oil (shell, bottom, roof, structure, and nozzle).
• Fire fighting PFD (foam and water system)
• Service water distribution system PFD
• Fire Alarm and detection system equipment specification, catalog, and datasheet.

Niroo Va Tavan Company has procurement and erection of the following items in the project:

• Water supply system.
• Sewage treatment and disposal system.
• Fire detection and extinguishing system. (Hydrant, Foam, Spray, …)
• Auxiliary steam system and accessories.
• Fuel oil storage tanks.
• Unloading station and bay equipment.
• Fuel oil piping material as a pipe, valves, fitting, 3way valve.
• The fuel oil system, I&C, and electrical materials.
• Fuel gas system equipment and piping material.
• Fuel gas system, I&C, and electrical materials.
